I have had the pleasure of working with Atiq at Goava Sales Intelligence AB since February 2020. He joined as Junior Software Engineer and was promoted to Senior Software Engineer in December 2023. Atiq is a skilled and dependable developer with solid knowledge of React, TypeScript and Node.js. Over several years of working fully remotely, he has consistently delivered reliable work on time. He handles complex front-end development well, including demanding state management and the many edge cases that come with it. His accomplishments at Goava include independently developing our five-level hierarchical tree filter, introducing group filters and redesigning filtering, sorting and view modes. He has also made important contributions to Segments, multi-step file uploads, automatic contact exporting and the Prospecting Agent configuration experience. These are central features in the Goava Discover platform, and his work has significantly improved the user experience and helped drive feature adoption. Atiq takes ownership and can bring a feature from rough requirements to production with little supervision. He asks clarifying questions early and works directly with me as CTO, our CEO and designers to define the scope and find practical solutions. I can confidently recommend Atiq for front-end and system development work. His technical skills, independence and consistent delivery would make him a valuable addition to any engineering team.
